Afin de pouvoir acc\u00e9der aux espaces communaux, il appara\u00eet n\u00e9cessaire de cr\u00e9er une association pour signer une convention avec la mairie<\/span><\/p>\n

Raison d\u2019\u00eatre du collectif :<\/span><\/h2>\n

Nous avons r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 la raison d\u2019\u00eatre du collectif :
\n<\/span>Nous faisons le constat d\u2019un environnement pollu\u00e9 et g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de maladies. C\u2019est pourquoi nous souhaitons passer \u00e0 l\u2019action, pour nous et nos enfants, am\u00e9liorer et embellir notre cadre de vie. Pour cela, nous cherchons \u00e0 cr\u00e9er du lien social et des dynamiques collectives pour mener des actions concr\u00e8tes et p\u00e9dagogiques en faveur de l’environnement. <\/span><\/p>\n

Prise de d\u00e9cisions<\/span><\/h2>\n

Les d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques se prennent lors de la r\u00e9union mensuelle (pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re). Des groupes de travail th\u00e9matiques peuvent se r\u00e9unir entre chaque r\u00e9union pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re pour faire avancer les projets. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9 de prendre les d\u00e9cisions \u201cau consentement\u201d , c\u2019est \u00e0 dire que lorsque les participants n\u2019ont pas d’objection argument\u00e9e la d\u00e9cision est prise.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une association \u00e0 bureau coll\u00e9gial<\/span><\/h2>\n

Le bureau, ou le conseil d\u2019administration, est compos\u00e9 de \u201ccopr\u00e9sidents\u201d. Chaque membre assure donc une part de responsabilit\u00e9. Reste \u00e0 d\u00e9finir plus finement les statuts de l\u2019association et qui sera membre du CA ou du bureau.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9 que le nom \u201cAssociation Citoyenne pour l\u2019environnement \u00e0 Bousbecque\u201d ferait plus s\u00e9rieux face \u00e0 nos partenaires<\/span><\/p>\n

L\u2019adh\u00e9sion sera gratuite avec toutefois la possibilit\u00e9 aux adh\u00e9rents de faire un don \u00e0 l\u2019association pour faire face aux diff\u00e9rents frais de fonctionnement comme l\u2019assurance par exemple.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il est n\u00e9cessaire de cr\u00e9er un groupe de travail sur ce sujet qui se r\u00e9unira le 16 avril \u00e0 10h chez Marc et Virginie.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pas d\u2019avanc\u00e9e notable par rapport \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re r\u00e9union.<\/span><\/p>\n
